Our Story

Sparky’s Crabs started in 2020 as a small trailer selling fresh crabs, locally sourced.

Over the years Sparky has built relationships with the best crabbers and suppliers in the region to provide fresh, live blue claw crab and seafood, year round. 



Having always had the dream to open his own market and restaurant, Sparky had the opportunity in 2023 to make it a reality. Now open for business, Sparky’s Crabs & Seafood offers the same live crabs we’ve been known for a longtime. Now with takeout apps, and delicious sandwiches and platters.
